My one-on-one interview coaching service is designed for job seekers at all levels and for all jobs in most industries. My job interview preparation services are particularly useful for those who have just been laid off, for those who haven't had an interview for some time, new graduates or for those who are lacking in confidence, focus and structure.  

How I Can Help You

I work with you on a personal basis to help you develop the skills to communicate effectively and convincingly at your job interview. In providing interview preparation and tips, I review your resume and experience and I identify your strengths and weaknesses and use these to formulate your job interview strategy. I provide an individually tailored interview script with the sample interview questions you are most likely to be asked based on your experience, your skills, your career, and the requirements of the job or sector you are being interviewed for.  

My approach in coaching is to be direct and honest. I will highlight and support your desirable interview skills and be direct and honest about “opportunities for improvement” and your best strategy to ensure your success.

When ordering the service I ask you to provide me with the latest copy of your resume and cover letter. If you have an interview coming up we ask for a copy of the job description, interviewer title, and interview details.

I will then contact you by email or phone to introduce myself and schedule a time for us to start.
