4. “Job Search Strategies” Package  (Phone Interview or In- Person Available)

Summary

In this specialty interview coaching package a personally detailed plan of attack will be formulized to maximize your exposure to the existing and hidden job market. Searching for a job and obtaining the opportunity to interview can feel like a job and/or a career in and of itself. This can be a very lonely time period in ones’ life. While friends and family are well intentioned, they are not trained to provide helpful feedback nor have the tools and strategies for your job search success.  This program is perfect for those of you who need focus and direction in their job search. I provide you a with a step by step job search system to establish a plan of attack for landing the job your desire. I pinpoint what you should be doing differently in your job search, motivate you and hold you accountable for specific action each week. In this economy, a job search can be a very lengthy process taking weeks, most likely months to land your next job.  Having a structured approach and having a knowledgeable guide help you penetrate the hidden job market will significantly reduce the length of time you are out of work and receiving an income. For an hourly or monthly rate we can schedule weekly or bi-weekly check-in appointments of 15, 30 or 60 minutes to formulate your job search and interview success strategy. Longer term packages of 3 months or 6 months include unlimited email support and are available on a very limited basis.

5. “Graduate to Success” Job Interview Package

This package is specifically designed for both under graduate and post graduate job seekers.

Welcome to the real world- It is cold out there! Guiding new graduates or the graduate with newly obtained postgraduate degrees is the backbone of the Graduate to Success package.  A full analysis of your wants, dreams, desires and education (along with current market conditions) is used to formulate a winning strategy for your job search and interview success strategy. This package is usually split to encompass both job search and job interview strategies. Choosing from the coaching categories list under the Refresh for Success package can be utilized.  Separate coaching sessions for the parents of the new graduate on how to help promote, support and guide their new graduate after the coaching sessions are also available.  

6. “Coach-On-Demand” Package (24 hour minimum notice)	$130 NOW $50

This package is designed for the last minute job interview ‘cram”.

This is an hourly-fee based “express” coaching program for those caught off guard with the 11th hour job interview.  This can be a combination of email and telephone work and will cover any of the Coaching Categories listed in the “Refresh for Success” package.
