The interview coaching relationship I develop with you will help you to uncover your true strengths, wants, and needs and communicate them more effectively. I will be direct and respectful. I will observe and share with you “opportunities for improvement” in your interview style and guide you gently to communicate them with integrity and purpose.

How I Work

Understanding, leveraging and communicating your wants, needs, and concerns will allow me to guide you to efficiently pursue and land the job and compensation that you desire. My easy to follow step-by step coaching process is to change your perspective on interviewing. Most of my clients view the interview as a performance that you have to get a standing ovation for in order to get the job offer. I give you the perspective, tools and mental strength that enables you to look at the interview as a dialogue—a mutual exchange between two people that want something rather than a “one sided” exchange.
